Monitoring, supporting and automating modern web applications and services, as well as their administration, configuration and monitoring.

Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in IT, coupled with good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows environments.

In-depth knowledge of redundancy, monitoring and automation concepts, as well as very good knowledge of HTTP, TLS, DNS, firewall, load balancer, WAF, proxy and CDN.

Practical experience in configuring and operating several of the following products: Apache, nginx, IIS, MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, Tomcat, PHP, ASP.NET, Solr, Redis, Varnish, elastic, VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus or Ansible.

Experience in configuring and operating hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS or Google, as well as scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or Shell.

Ability to read and understand program code such as Java, C# or PHP, complemented by strong communication and teamwork skills.

Certifications in relevant product groups or ITIL knowledge are an advantage.
