Flexible Division into Market and Competence Fields
The organizational structure, which is unique for digital agencies, consists of two interconnected levels including the market and competence fields. The five market fields, with a clear focus on the industry and individual business model, serve as a link to the contact person on the customer side. In addition, the creative, conceptual, technological and analytical competence of the agency is concentrated in four competence fields and are made available to the respective market field as a service.
Nine experienced digital experts are responsible for the market and competence fields and report in their role as Director directly to the Managing Directors Dinah Erdmann and Marc Heydrich.

TWT Beat - A Model for Operational Excellence and Sustainable Growth
The innovative organizational structure is supported by the new strategy model TWT Beat. The construct reflects the changing conditions in the collaboration between large companies and agencies and serves as the basis for successful digital transformation processes.
TWT Beat focuses on four core areas where added value through sustainable growth can be created for clients by TWT Interactive: Business Strategy, Engagement Management, Agile Change Factory and Traction & Expansion. The strategy model allows increased focus on operational excellence in the context of a strategic framework and enhanced understanding of digitization as a holistic change process at the highest corporate level.

Restructuring Adapts to Dynamic Market Change
The TWT Interactive restructure is driven by a rapidly changing market for digital agencies. Increased investment by large companies in the development of digital products and services created demand for disciplines such as user experience, analytics, social medial and e-commerce. This combined with the evolution of digital transformation contributes to the need for holistic change at the C-suite level and desire for sustainable value creation to organisations.
The restructuring of TWT Interactive was completed as part of the restructuring of TWT Digital Group, which was finalised in January.
