Labeling expert RAL was looking for a digital lead agency for a website relaunch and the development of a new online store for its RAL COLOURS division.

The existing system was outdated, could no longer be updated and no longer met the technical and user-friendly requirements of modern websites. With over 25 years of experience as a 360° digital agency and our ON method, we were the right partner for this task.

User experience in focus

We revamped both the RAL COLOURS website and the adjacent online shop, providing a brand-new, user-friendly layout. All products are now accessible within two to three clicks. We built the website with our CMS onpublix, adding a color database and emotional color themes for product presentation.

Seamless integration and experience

We enhanced the accessibility and user-friendliness by revising numerous product descriptions. The online store was designed using Magento 2. All modern payment methods are integrated, and worldwide orders are facilitated.

Both platforms are interconnected and complement each other perfectly thanks to a uniform corporate identity and strategic links. 


Starting the project, we worked on the target audiences, client requests, and created a holistic vision in an extensive UX/requirements workshop format. Based on this, we developed a well-thought-out concept for design, content, and the navigation structure. We constantly communicated with the RAL project team while developing the website and online store and migrating the contents. From there we have been continuously improving the website and online store with RAL Farben. We also support the client with various online marketing measures from the areas of search engine optimization and search engine advertising.

We have had a highly cooperative, competent, and solution-oriented relationship with the team at TWT On throughout the project phase. Our relevant KPIs have significantly improved since the relaunch, TWT On's range of services provides RAL COLOURS with all possibilities for continual further development even after the project.

RAL COLOURS now enjoys a uniform look and feel for its website and online store. Since the relaunch, measurable and controllable marketing has been possible. For both platforms, the number of impressions and visitors and the duration of visits has increased while the bounce rate significantly declined. Numerous keywords for both platforms rank in Google's top 10.
