Labelling expert RAL was looking for a digital lead agency to relaunch the website and develop a new online shop for their business division RAL Colours. The existing system was outdated, could no longer be updated, and no longer met the technical and user-friendly requirements of modern websites.

Focusing on usability

We redesigned the RAL Colours website and online shop with an entirely new, user-friendly structure. Now, all products can be accessed within two or three clicks.

We developed the website using our CMS, onpublix, which includes a colour database and emotional colour themes for product presentation.

Seamless integration and experience

To increase visibility and improve usability, we revised numerous product texts. The online shop was implemented using Magento 2, with all modern payment methods integrated, allowing for worldwide orders.

Step by step to a new presence

Initially, we conducted a comprehensive UX and requirements workshop to define the target audience, wishes, and visions. Based on this, we created a well-thought-out concept for design, content, and navigation structure. We then developed the website and online shop in close collaboration with the client and filled them with content.

Today, we continuously optimise both platforms and support the client with various online marketing measures in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA).

The collaboration with the TWT On team was exceptionally cooperative, competent, and solution-oriented throughout the entire project. Our KPIs have improved significantly since the relaunch. Moreover, TWT On's range of services provides RAL Colours with all the opportunities to continue developing even after the project's completion.

RAL Colours now has a website and online shop with a unified look and feel. Since the relaunch, measurable and controllable marketing is possible.
